1. Platform Nature
WorkDen is a digital task facilitation platform and does not provide employment. Users participate independently in task-based activities.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old. Providing inaccurate or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Registration
Accurate details must be provided during registration. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are prohibited.
4. Application & Approval
After successful payment confirmation, your portal access and onboarding process will be activated. Access credentials will be shared upon verification of payment.
5. Fees & Refund Policy
Payments made to WorkDen are generally non-refundable once services are activated.
Fees are charged for portal access and onboarding services. Once access credentials are generated and shared, the service is considered delivered. Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or technical issues.
6. Task Rules
Users must avoid fake submissions, automation tools, or policy violations.
7. Earnings & Payments
Earnings are performance-based and depend on approved tasks. No fixed income or guaranteed earnings are promised.
8. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, suspicious activity, or repeated low-quality submissions.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
False chargebacks or disputes may result in permanent suspension and possible legal action.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content and branding belong to WorkDen and cannot be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
WorkDen shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform usage.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to Indian jurisdiction.
