1. Platform Nature
WorkDen is a digital task facilitation platform and does not provide employment. Users participate independently in task-based activities.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old. Providing incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable information may affect account review, activation or continued platform access.
3. Registration
Accurate details must be provided during registration. Duplicate, invalid or unverifiable account details are not permitted on the platform.
4. Application & Approval
After successful payment confirmation and application review, portal access and onboarding steps will be activated. Access credentials are shared only after payment and submitted details are verified.
5. Fees & Refund Policy
WorkDen plan fees are charged for portal access, onboarding, account setup and related platform services. Once access credentials are generated or services are activated, the service is considered delivered. Refund requests may be reviewed only for eligible cases such as duplicate payment or verified technical/payment issues, as per the Refund Policy.
6. Task Guidelines
Users should submit work manually, follow task guidelines, and avoid invalid submissions, unauthorized automation tools, or activity that does not match platform policy.
7. Earnings & Payments
WorkDen is a task-based platform. Task credits, payouts or results depend on project availability, user eligibility, submitted work quality and approval under platform guidelines. WorkDen does not provide employment or fixed salary commitments.
8. Account Review & Access Restriction
Accounts may be placed under review or access may be restricted in cases of policy violation, unusual account activity, invalid submissions, or repeated work that does not meet review standards.
9. Payment Disputes
Invalid or unsupported payment disputes may lead to account review, access restriction, and further action as per applicable platform policy and law.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content and branding belong to WorkDen and cannot be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
WorkDen is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party issues, user-side technical problems, or decisions made outside the official platform workflow.
12. Modifications
WorkDen may update these Terms when required for operational, legal or policy reasons. Continued use of the platform after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to Indian jurisdiction.
